NHS Ester Modified fluorescent dye with Absorption 653nm / Emission 672nm, suitable for protein labeling, microarray experiments, FisH microscopy, and gel electrophoresis. Spectral similar to Cy5™ and Alexa Fluor® 647 commonly used with RadiantDy™ 547. The increased water solubility of RadiantDy™ fluorescent dyes allows a high label to protein ratio without precipitation during the conjugation reaction.
