Gel Loading and Tracking Dye

BioTracker® is used in conjunction with BioMarker® products in order to provide accurate sizing of dsDNA bands over different ranges.  BioTracker® 6x Dye which is Bromophenol Blue dye.

BioTracker® is composed of 60% sterile DI H2O, 30% glycerol, 10% 10X TE, 0.25% BPB dye, and 0.75% SDS.
