ILLUMINATE™ Human µRNA Fluorescent Labeling Kit
Simplify! The BioVentures' ILLUMINATE™ kit specifically isolates and labels only the mature form via the process of using biotinylated sequence specific capture probes coupled with labeled extension and magnetic bead capture. Currently the capture probe mix consists of 454 unique microRNA sequences registered in miRBase Release 8.0. With ILLUMINATE™ µRNA Labeling Kit, samples as well as reagents are conserved by specifically labeling only mature microRNAs with multiple fluors which generate consistent results using low amounts of starting total RNA. The resulting abeled microRNA can be used with commercially available microRNA microarrays or similar hybridization assays that contain probes that are complementrary to mature microRNAs.
