M16sS Bacterial Ribotyping kit provides virtually every component for rapid analysis of complex microbial communities in water, soil and other environmental samples using Terminal Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (T-RFLP). T-RFLP is used to fingerprint organisms on the basis of many different functional marker genes; the M16sS Kit utilizes the 16S rRNA gene as the target gene. From a quick and easy DNA extraction with GeneReleaser®, to compiling and analyzing the T-RFLP profile created, the workflow is simple and easy to follow.
