GeneReleaser® DNA AMPLIFICATION FROM SALIVA Protocol
|
| 1. | Dilute saliva 1:10 with normal saline |
| 2. | Microfuge for 1 minute at ~ 14,000 X g. |
| 3. | Discard supernatant. |
| 4. | Treat pellet per microwave protocol. |
| 5. | Amplify per standard protocols. |
| 6. | Serial dilutions of the saliva suspension may be required to establish optimum preparation. |
