GeneReleaser® SEMEN/SPERM Protocol

| 1. | DILUTE THE SPECIMEN 1:10 WITH NORMAL SALINE AND PELLET THE CELLS. |
| 2. | DISCARD THE SUPERNATANT |
| 3. | RESUSPEND THE CELL PELLET WITH 20ul of GR diluent (made of 15 mls of .01MTris + .05MKCl pH 8.3 + 0.5mls 1% Triton X-100) or an amount of GR diluent to provide ~103 cells/ul. |
| 4. | Treat ~ 103 cells with 10-20ul of GR using the microwave protocol. |
