GeneReleaser® REVERSE TRANSCRIPTASE Protocol

| 1. |
Accomplish lysis in a standard PCR tube by one of the two GeneReleaser® protocols (Thermocycle or Microwave Lysis). |
| 2. |
Centrifuge the tube at max rpm in a microfuge. |
| 3. |
Take an aliquot of the supernatant from 2 above and perform the Reverse Transcriptase (RT) reaction according to the procedure of your RT vendor. |
| 4. |
Following RT reaction inactivate RT and take suitable aliquot of the RT reaction and perform PCR according to your standard protocol. |
